Eye Life International LLC (ELI) was founded in 2010 to combat the growing global burden of corneal blindness in countries with limited access to donor transplant services.
For over a decade, ELI has built strong partnerships with eye banks, surgeons, and healthcare institutions, facilitating eye tissue distribution and training programs that empower ophthalmic professionals worldwide. Since launching its first program in the Republic of Georgia in 2010, ELI has expanded to serve more than 20 countries, restoring sight and transforming lives.
Today, Eye Life International has merged with Biologix Freight Solutions, combining humanitarian medical expertise with advanced logistics. Together, we are delivering broader global reach, more efficient distribution, and expanded educational initiatives for the international ophthalmic community.
Our headquarters are now located in Florida, USA, the new hub for global coordination, innovation, and vision care excellence.

Cornea-Help and Eye Live together
Dear Members, Supporters, and Friends of Cornea-Help,
Today, we have some very special news to share with you. Our dedicated volunteer representative for Rwanda, Noella, recently traveled to Liberia on behalf of Cornea-Help e.V.
Thanks to your support, we were once again able to facilitate corneal transplantations in Liberia, West Africa. During her visit, Noella established personal connections with the Indian organization LVPEI and the doctors on-site. LVPEI U is responsible for the ophthalmology department at the John F. Kennedy Hospital in Monrovia and is an important partner in our mission.
We also have great news from East Africa: we were able to help five more patients regain their vision through corneal transplantations.
With this successful start to the year, we are incredibly proud of what we’ve achieved together and excited about what lies ahead.

Our News & Services
- Sight restoration program launched in Basra, Iraq collaborated with Turkish government (please see the attached pictures). The program is provided for low-income patients including children and elderly, and has already helped to restore vision for 500 patients.
- During distributing support ELI and US eye banks provides doctors with the resources and information they need, so patients get the care they deserve.
- ELI provides coordination and logistics of services for doctors from countries around the world (training programs, facilities, consulting and financial services, individual programs).
- ELI along with 25 US Eye banks have been working to improve sights in Egypt for more that 10 years. After many years on the waiting list, the poor communities in Egypt finally have the opportunity to immediately restore vision with a cornea transplant procedure. Since 2018, ELI supported many cornea DMEK training programs in Egypt and DALK training workshops (please see the attached pictures).

The company founder, Elena Vialova, an ophthalmologist from former USSR with an MD from MNTK Fyodorov's State Institute. Elena joined the American Society of Cataract and Refractive Surgery as an International Relations specialist in 2001.
